  • Son of  Smt  Satya Devi and  late  Shri Ishwar Dass Dhiman ( Former  Cabinet Minister, H.P  Govt.); born on 18th  February 1963 at Dialri, Distt. Hamirpur;  MBBS from IGMC, Shimla  and Post  Graduate Diploma in  Maternal & Child  Health  (PGDMCH )(maternal and child health specialist)   from  IGNOU, Delhi; Married to Smt. Ranjana Dhiman; Two sons; Medical Professional (Allopathy).

       Joined State Health department on 14th October 1987. After serving  the department  at various capacities for    twenty nine years, took  voluntary retirement on 1st December,2016    from   the post  of  Deputy Director  Health Services.

     Remained District Coordinator, Sahkar Bharti; State Delegate, Himachal Medical Officer Association (HOMA). Also associated with NGO's  in organizing Special Medical Camps.

     Joined Bharatiya Janata Party on 18th  December,2016.

    Elected to the State Legislative Assembly  for the first time in by election on   13th   April, 2017

    Special Interest:         Social service specially medical advice or service.

    Favorite Pastime:       Reading, Agriculture ,Gardening and Outdoor Games.
